A key innovation in the design phase was the elevated construction. Raising the entire facility off the ground allowed Anaman to provide an environmentally conscious and cost-effective alternative to traditional concrete walkways. This approach significantly reduced the cost for the client; effectively removed the need for bulk earthworks; enabled flexible site layout across uneven terrain; sped up installation time; and minimised environmental impact by reducing waste and allowing decking materials to be reused across future projects.
The completed facility reflects Anaman’s commitment to quality and livability, with a particular focus on guest wellbeing. The village includes a range of dedicated breakout and recreational zones designed to enhance comfort and promote social connection, such as basketball courts, outdoor lounges, a pool table; and social activities such as regular themed nights are also held; together supporting not only comfort and lifestyle but also long-term productivity across the workforce.
Following the completion of the facility, Anaman has continued on to provide hard and soft facilities management of the 410-person camp including management of guest bookings; on-site, chef prepared catering; cleaning; and security. Anaman also oversees emergency medical support, including provision of paramedics and an all-terrain emergency response vehicle.
Additionally, the camp features a wastewater treatment plant and comprehensive waste management systems which Anaman manages.
