 What are we looking for?

Due to continued growth, we have a permanent opportunity for a Site Supervisor to join our construction division on a wide range of project opportunities across Queensland and Southern States. Reporting to and working closely with the Project Manager/ Operations Manager  you will be hands-on, client focused, safety orientated and a lateral thinker who has a positive can-do approach.

Key capabilities and requirements include:

• Current Open Site Supervisors Licence
• Minimum of 5 years post trade experience in commercial construction
• Minimum of 2 years leadership experience
• Excellent technical construction skills with the ability to solve problems, think creatively and rectify technical issues
• A demonstrated commitment to undertaking work safely and sustainably
• A strong track record of stability with previous employers
• Intermediate computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office
• An exceptional level of verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to work away for extended periods as required
• Highly developed time management, scheduling, and organisational skills with ability to meet deadlines.
