Anaman currently have a rare opening for a qualified and experienced Chef to join our team at one of our camps north of Rockhampton. Our full commercial kitchens are established with kitchen teams responsible for preparing exceptional quality breakfasts, crib/lunches and dinners.
To be successful, you will be a self-motivated team player with a passion for providing exceptional food and service in an open kitchen environment.
Key capabilities and requirements include:
Preference will be given to candidates who can demonstrate previous experience working in a large scale restaurant environment, or previous camp experience.
You will ideally be local to the area and work a 14 days on, 7 days off roster, however drive in (DIDO) and fly in (FIFO) arrangements will certainly be considered for experienced and qualified candidates.
Candidates will be required to undertake various pre-employment checks including a criminal history clearance and fitness for duty assessment.
