Damien Cavanagh is a seasoned leader with over 30 years of experience in facilities management and large-scale infrastructure projects, both nationally and internationally. His expertise in financial oversight, asset optimisation, and business transformation ensures that projects are delivered efficiently on time, and to the highest standards.

With a proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and drive operational excellence, Damien excels in streamlining processes, enhancing productivity, and maximising cost efficiencies. His strong financial acumen, risk management skills, and commitment to continuous improvement make him a key asset in delivering high-performance infrastructure and workforce accommodation solutions.

Sonja Horrigan is a finance professional with over a decade of experience in the construction and civil industries. Before joining Anaman, she spent 10 years with the FKG Group, where she developed a strong foundation in financial management, budgeting, and strategic planning.

Sonja plays a vital role in optimising financial performance, managing project costs, and ensuring compliance. Her deep understanding of construction finance, combined with her proactive and detail-oriented approach, allows her to drive financial efficiency, risk management, and operational excellence, positioning Anaman for long-term success.

John McGrath is a highly experienced Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality (HSEQ) professional with a strong background in mine camp set-ups and safety system management for major mining projects. He has overseen the commissioning and establishment of mine camps, ensuring full compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

John has played a key role in large-scale projects such as the Carmichael Mine and Gove Refinery demolition, where he was responsible for implementing safety management systems and ensuring operational readiness. His expertise in risk mitigation, regulatory compliance, and workforce training makes him an invaluable leader in maintaining Anaman’s high safety standards.

Heidi Harrigan is a dynamic HR and HSE professional with extensive experience across industries including mining, construction, transport, aviation, agriculture, hospitality, and retail. She is known for her integrity, leadership, and ability to drive workforce safety, injury management, and training initiatives.

Heidi specialises in risk management, recruitment, enterprise agreement negotiations, and compliance, ensuring Anaman upholds the highest operational and safety standards. Holding a Bachelor of Business (HR Management) from the University of Southern Queensland, she is actively involved in industry associations, including serving as a Regional Advisory Committee Member for the Institute of Managers and Leaders.
