Accounts Payable Officer

Due to company growth, Anaman is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Accounts Payable Officer to join our Brisbane based team.  This role would suit someone who is naturally organised, hardworking and has an interest in working in and contributing to a growing business.

About the Role

•  End to end Accounts Payable processing including purchase order matching and invoice entry and thorough statement reconciliation;
• Accurate data entry and processing of Accounts Payable information;
• Set up of new suppliers including creditor applications;
• Purchase order management;
• Verify and post credit card expenses
• Prepare payment reports for internal approval
• Assist finance team with ad hoc administration requirements

About You

• Accuracy and high attention to detail.
• Experience with Job Pac or similar highly advantageous
• Effective communication skills to work collaboratively within a small team.
• Advanced Excel and computer skills.
• Ability to effectively prioritise and time manage
• Positive ‘can do’ attitude
• Reliable, trustworthy and a team player
