Oliver Garcia Souter is currently completing his apprenticeship in Commercial Cookery with us at Broadsound Camp. Now seven months into his apprenticeship, Oliver is gaining valuable hands-on experience in a fast-paced commercial kitchen environment, building the practical skills and confidence that will support a long-term career in the industry.
