Rostering and Training Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced and highly detail-oriented Rostering and Training Coordinator to ensure that our clients receive the finest Hospitality services at the right time delivered by highly trained people, even when circumstances change quickly.

This role is people-facing and operationally critical, you will work closely with Camp teams, Operations, and Human Resources to coordinate rosters across multiple sites and ensure that our people receive the training they require.

About the Role

•  Coordinate and maintain workforce rosters across multiple sites, ensuring consistent coverage
•  Manage real-time roster changes, including leave, absences, and urgent operational needs
• Partner with site teams to align workforce availability with operational requirements
• Identify and close training gaps in collaboration with leaders
• Maintain accurate training records and certifications
• Coordinate training bookings with external providers

About You

• Minimum of two years’ experience in rostering for multi-site operations (essential)
• Highly organised and detail oriented
• Excellent relationship building skills
• Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills
• Advanced Microsoft Suite skills
• Cert IV in Human Resources or other relevant qualification (desirable)
• Ability to work 5 days a week from our Brisbane City or Milton office
• Permanent unrestricted working rights within Australia (employer sponsorships unavailable)
